Privacy notice

Who this covers

This notice applies to iexra.com. It does not cover the IEXRA products themselves, which are in development and not yet available. Questions about anything below can be sent to iexradevs@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into one of two forms.

• Waitlist form: your name, work email address, company, the product you selected, and optionally a phone number and a short message.
• Contact form: your name, email address, message, and optionally a company name and subject.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no session storage in your browser. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to contact you about early access to the product you asked about. We do not use these details for anything else, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are handled by two services, and no others.

• Waitlist entries are stored in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to the IEXRA team.
• Contact messages are delivered to an IEXRA email inbox hosted by Google.

Technical information

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the network requests that serve this site, which includes your IP address.

When you submit a form, the server records the event and the IP address it came from, so repeated automated submissions can be limited. These records never contain the contents of your message, your name or your email address.

Sharing

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties involved are the service providers above: Vercel for hosting, and Google for the sheet and the inbox. Each processes the data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

Write to iexradevs@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the right entry. We will remove it and confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to how we handle existing submissions will be sent to the address you gave us.
